Our Story

 

Based in south London, Tita World Cuisine offers a fresh, modern and innovative spin on Caribbean cuisine. We offer catering, baking and take-away services that can meet wheat-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free dietary requirements from mild to spicy and sweet to savoury. Our menus are a medley of global dishes infused with flavours from Jamaican heritage. 

Whether you enjoy meat, poultry, fish, seafood, vegetarian or vegan meals or whether you’re looking for cakes, canapes and pastries that will have your guests praising your event long after it’s over, we pride ourselves on serving fresh, quality ingredients and a professional friendly service.

Head Chef 

CHEF VINCENT GRAHAM

Chef Graham developed an interest in cooking at an early age, preparing meals for his younger siblings while his parents were out working.
 
Word eventually spread about his talent with requests to cook at dinner parties for friends in his spare time away from his regular work as a dry liner.
 
A 2004 visit to the Caribbean reignited his passion for the culinary arts. In 2005, he enrolled at the National Baking School at South Bank University, one of the oldest and most established bakery schools in the UK, where he achieved qualifications in catering and hospitality.
 
He then gained experience, working his way up to a chef de partie in contract catering and five-star dining establishments across London. He is also a qualified pastry chef and pâtissier.
 
His experience cooking British, Italian, French and Asian cuisine, along with his Caribbean creativity, led him to strike out on his own.
 
Thus, Tita World Cuisine was born, offering fresh, modern globally inspired dishes with something for everyone.
